วาฬ เอ็กเชนจ์ ประกาศแจ้งย้ายเปลี่ยนแปลงผู้ให้บริการรับฝากสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล (Third-Party Custodian)

สืบเนื่องจากการยุติการให้บริการรับฝากสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลของ Rakkar Digital (Hong Kong) ซึ่งเป็นผู้ให้บริการรับฝากสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล (Third-Party Custodian Digital Asset Wallet) ของบริษัทฯ โดยจะมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เป็นต้นไปนั้น ทางบริษัทฯ จึงขอเรียนแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทุกท่านทราบว่า ขณะนี้บริษัทฯ อยู่ระหว่างดำเนินการเปลี่ยนแปลงผู้ให้บริการรับฝากสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลเป็น Copper Markets (Switzerland) AG ซึ่งเป็นผู้ให้บริการรับฝากสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลชั้นนำระดับโลก

Following the termination of digital asset custody services by Rakkar Digital (Hong Kong), which has been the company’s third-party digital asset custodian, effective November 30, 2025, we would like to inform all customers that Waan Exchange is in the process of transitioning to a new custodian, Copper Markets (Switzerland) AG, a leading global digital asset custody provider.
