บริษัท วาฬ เอ็กเชนจ์ จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) ขอแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบถึงการปรับเปลี่ยนสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล Maker (MKR) เป็นเหรียญใหม่ Sky (SKY) ตามแนวทางที่ผู้ออกเหรียญได้ประกาศอย่างเป็นทางการ โดยมีรายละเอียดและขั้นตอนเบื้องต้นดังนี้

รายละเอียดการปรับเปลี่ยน

เครือข่าย: Sky (SKY) จะยังคงใช้เครือข่าย Ethereum (ERC-20) เช่นเดิม

ชื่อเหรียญและสัญลักษณ์:

• ชื่อเดิม: Maker (MKR)
• ชื่อใหม่: Sky (SKY)
• สัญลักษณ์และโลโก้จะอัปเดตให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานของผู้ออกเหรียญ

อัตราการแปลงเหรียญ: ผู้ออกเหรียญกำหนดอัตราการแปลงไว้ที่ 1 MKR = 24,000 SKY

ขั้นตอนและช่วงเวลา

เพื่อให้กระบวนการเปลี่ยนเหรียญดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น บริษัทฯ มีแผนดำเนินการตามกำหนดการดังนี้

• วันที่ 29 ธันวาคม2568 เวลา 10:30 น. เป็นต้นไป ระบบจะ ปิดการฝาก ถอน และซื้อขายเหรียญ MKR ชั่วคราวเพื่อดำเนินการเปลี่ยนเหรียญ
• วันที่ 29 ธันวาคม2568 เวลา 16:30 น. เป็นต้นไป ระบบจะ เปิดการฝาก ถอน และซื้อขายเหรียญ SKY อีกครั้ง

หมายเหตุ: คำสั่งซื้อขาย MKR ที่ยังไม่ได้รับการจับคู่ทั้งหมดในระบบจะถูกยกเลิกโดยอัตโนมัติ และเมื่อการแปลงเหรียญเสร็จสมบูรณ์ ระบบจะไม่รองรับการฝากและถอน MKR อีกต่อไป

ข้อมูลสำคัญสำหรับลูกค้า

• ลูกค้าที่ถือเหรียญ MKR อยู่บนกระเป๋าของบริษัทฯ ไม่จำเป็นต้องดำเนินการใดเพิ่มเติม บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการแปลงเหรียญให้โดยอัตโนมัติ หลังจากการเปลี่ยนเสร็จสิ้น เหรียญ SKY จะปรากฏอยู่ในกระเป๋าเหรียญใหม่ของท่าน
• หากลูกค้าท่านใด ไม่ต้องการให้ระบบดำเนินการแปลงเหรียญโดยอัตโนมัติ สามารถถอนเหรียญ MKR ออกจากระบบได้ก่อนถึงกำหนดการข้างต้น
• ในระหว่างช่วงการเปลี่ยน อาจมีความผันผวนของราคาเหรียญเกิดขึ้นในตลาด บริษัทฯ ขอให้ลูกค้าพิจารณาการลงทุนด้วยความระมัดระวัง

Waan Exchange Co., Ltd. Supports the Conversion of Maker (MKR) to Sky (SKY) Token

Waan Exchange Co., Ltd. ("the Company") would like to inform its customers about the digital asset adjustment from Maker (MKR) to the new Sky (SKY) token, in accordance with the official announcement from the token issuer.

The preliminary details and procedures are as follows:

Conversion Details

• Network: Sky (SKY) will remain on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network.
• Token Name and Symbol:
  • Old Name: Maker (MKR)
  • New Name: Sky (SKY)
  • The symbol and logo will be updated to align with the token issuer’s standards.
• Conversion Rate: The token issuer has set the conversion rate at 1 MKR = 24,000 SKY.

Procedure and Timeline

To ensure a smooth conversion process, the Company has planned the following schedule:

• Starting 10:30 on December 29, 2025: The system will temporarily suspend deposits, withdrawals, and trading of MKR to facilitate the token conversion.
• Starting 16:00 on December 29, 2025: The system will reopen deposits, withdrawals, and trading of SKY.

Note: All pending MKR trading orders will be automatically canceled. Following the completion of the token conversion, deposits and withdrawals of the MKR token will be permanently suspended.

Important Information for Customers

• Customers holding MKR in their Company wallets do not need to take any further action. The Company will automatically perform the token conversion. After the conversion is complete, SKY tokens will appear in your new token wallet.
• If any customer does not want the tokens to be converted automatically, you must withdraw your MKR from the system before the deadline as mentioned above.
• During the conversion period, token price volatility may occur in the market. The Company asks customers to consider their investments with caution.

• Waan Exchange Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change the details and schedule as appropriate and will notify customers through the Company's announcement channels.
