Cryptocurrency Withdrawal

How to withdraw cryptocurrency, please see the instructions below.

1. Go to “Wallets” tab.

2. Click “Withdraw” button which cryptocurrency you would like to withdraw.

3. Select the external address, enter the comment, and amount.

4. Please review the details then click “Confirm”

5. Enter the 6-digit two-factor authentication (2FA) code from the Authenticator application.

6. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email.

7. You can check the transaction status at the “Details” button.
8. After the confirmation from the blockchain is completed, the status will display “Status / ID number”.

9. You can click the transaction to see more details.
