How to add a bank account

How to add a bank account, please see the instructions below.

 

1. To add your first bank account, you can add a bank account from the "Dashboard" page by clicking "Add Bank Account".

2. You may also add a bank account by going to the "Settings" select the "Crypto Wallet & Banking" menu and then choose the "Add Book Bank".

3. Enter your bank account information. 

    - Select the bank name.

    - Select the bank branch name.

    - Input your account number.

    - Input your bank account name.

    - Upload the first page of your bank book for verification. 

* Your name in the bank book must match your WaanX account name.

* You must upload the first page of your bank book which can be a picture of the bank book page or a screenshot from mobile banking showing the account number, bank branch name and the account owner's full name clearly.

* The photo must be saved in one of the supported formats: JPG or PNG and the size of your document photo must not be larger than 5 MB.

 

4. Input the 6-digit two-factor authentication (2FA) code from the Authenticator application.

5. The status will display “Pending” waiting for approval.

6. The status will display “Verified” after approved.

Note: You can add accounts up to the maximum of 3 accounts.
