Types of Unsolicited Thai Baht Deposit
1. A deposit made from another person's bank account, whose name on the bank account mismatches the name on the WaanX account.
2. A deposit made from an E-wallet such as a Paotang application or TrueMoney, etc.
3. A deposit using a transfer method for an amount that is less than 2,000,000 THB
The documents required for a refund
1. A proof of transfer that the unsolicited deposit, such as a deposit slip, etc.
2. A photo of the actual ID card, or a copy of the ID card of the transferred bank account's owner.
(If you use a copy, please write the following messages with handwriting: "For receiving a refund from Waan Exchange Co.,Ltd. only", submission date, and the owner's signature).
** For transactions made under an enterprise account, please submit a copy of the ID card/passport with the attorney's signature affixed to the copy.
3. A bankbook picture of the bank account used for the deposit.
4. If the transaction was made via a Paotang application or TrueMoney, please submit a photo of the bankbook of your Savings account displaying the account name that matches the name on the ID card and the sender's account name. The photo must contain the following details:
- Account owner name
- Account number
- Bank branch name
5. Proof of name or surname change document; in case you have changed your name or surname.
Remarks:
- We will process the refund within 14 business days upon receipt of the requested documents.
- The refund can only be sent to the bank account used for the deposit.
