Deposit – Withdraw to wrong network

 

In case you have deposited digital assets to the wrong network, the transaction may be lost, and the company cannot guarantee that the assets can be recovered.


To request an investigation, please provide the following documents:

•    A screenshot of your transaction history (Sender)

•    A selfie of you holding your ID card

•    Provide the following information to process the investigation:


 

For deposit transactions, please provide the following details:

•    Transaction ID / Transaction Hash

•    Coin Name

•    Amount 

•    Wallet Address

•    Network 

•    Correct Memo / Destination Tag (if any)


Note:

- In the case of successful asset recovery, there will be a fee of 3,000 baht per transaction. The fee will be deducted from your wallet on the Waan Exchange trading platform.

- If your THB wallet has insufficient funds to cover the recovery fee, please deposit additional THB into your wallet on the Waan Exchange trading platform.

- Once the company successfully recovers the assets, it will proceed to transfer the assets to the sender’s wallet. 

- The recovery process will be completed within 48 hours after all required documents are received.



For withdrawal transactions


If you withdraw coins to the wrong network and have already confirmed the 2FA and email OTP, the withdrawal will be processed to the blockchain immediately and cannot be canceled. 


To investigate the transaction, please contact a destination platform for investigating.
