THB Deposit

How to deposit THB, please see the instructions below.

Deposits amount less than 2 million baht.

1. Go to “Wallets” tab.

2. Click “Deposit” button.

3. Select the bank account, enter the amount. Read and click accept the deposit rules and click deposit.

NOTE: Deposit rules

*Transfer from the account you notify with WaanX only

*E-wallet is NOT supported

*Don’t reuse the QR code

*Don’t transfer during 23.30 - 00.10 (GMT +7)

*Can’t change the deposit amount 

4. The system will generate a QR code for scan or save to deposit money via supported bank applications.

5. You can check the transaction status at “THB Transaction History”.

• Completed: Your deposit request has been completed.
• Pending: Your deposit request has been submitted to the system and is now awaiting processing.
• Rejected: Your deposit request is unsuccessful.

Deposits amount more than 2 million baht.

1. Go to “Wallets” tab.

2. Click “Deposit” button.

3. Select the bank account, enter an amount more than 2,000,000 baht and the maximum is 10,000,000 baht per transaction, read and click accept the deposit rules, and click deposit.

*Don’t transfer during 23.30 - 00.10 (GMT +7)

*Can’t change the deposit amount

4. The system will show the amount that you have to transfer (please make the exact deposit including the decimal). And inform the bank account details of the company receiving the transfer “Waan Exchange Co., Ltd. – for customers”

5. Make a deposit including the decimal point.

6. Please send the proof of deposit to [email protected] or click “Send Email” button. 

Note: 

* Make sure that your proof of deposit is in high resolution, clear, and readable.

* Make sure to use the same email address you registered with on the platform as the sender email.

7. Our related team will take time to process within 24 hours after receiving the correct and complete documents.
