1. Symbol: SP

Name: Trading Suspension

Meaning: A symbol indicating the temporary suspension of trading of digital assets.

Criteria for the SP symbol are as follows:

1. Issuers or creators of digital assets violate or fail to comply with laws, regulations, announcements, resolutions, board decisions, agreements, and circulars issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Office.

2. Any actions by governmental authorities or organizations that have legal authority to affect the trading of digital assets or the normal operations of the company.

3. Force majeure events affecting the trading of digital assets or normal operations beyond the company's control, such as natural disasters, riots, wars, disrupted communication networks, or cyber threats.

4. Other events similar in nature and affecting the trading of digital assets may deviate from normal events and have a significant impact on investors, including potential price fluctuations and damage.

5. When there is a change that affects the benefits of investors, or an amendment to the digital token offering registration statement and prospectus, or an amendment to the whitepaper in cases where the digital token issuer has prepared a whitepaper according to 1. or 2. of Part 3: Disclosure of Information related to digital assets provided for trading in the digital asset exchange in Appendix 3: Determination of criteria for selection and delisting of digital assets provided for trading in the digital asset exchange and the disclosure of information related to digital assets provided for trading in the digital asset exchange attached to the Notification of the Securities and Exchange Commission No. Kor Thor. 19/2561 Re: Rules, Conditions, and Procedures for Undertaking Digital Asset Businesses, dated 3 July B.E. 2561 (2018), and as amended.

6. Preventive maintenance activities.

7. System upgrades or enhancements to improve trading system security to protect the system from malicious actors.

8. Changes in digital asset technology, such as changing digital asset wallet service providers for the digital asset platform in use.

9. Changes in the characteristics of digital assets (Upgrade Protocol), such as changing Ethereum's consensus mechanism from Proof-of-Work (PoW) to Proof-of-Stake (PoS).

2. Symbol: DEL

Name: Delist

Meaning: A symbol indicating the withdrawal of a digital asset from the trading platform. The Delist symbol is applied when a digital asset meets the company's delisting criteria and is subject to the delisting process from the company's trading platform.

3. Symbol: C

Name: Caution

Meaning: A symbol warning investor to exercise caution in trading digital assets due to significant changes that may cause volatility and impact trading.

Criteria for the C symbol are as follows:

1. Significant events that affect the price of digital assets, such as TerraUSD (UST) breaking its peg, causing continuous adjustment of the price of LUNA, which is the coin pair used in the UST peg mechanism, to drop from $86 to less than $1 within less than a month, and so on.

2. The price (last match) or trading volume of any digital asset has changed significantly from the previous period, when the trading price of the digital token or cryptocurrency changes by 30 percent or more compared to the trading price of such digital token or cryptocurrency in the trading system of that digital asset exchange provider occurring within the preceding 24-hour period.

3. When there are reasonable grounds to suspect from the trading conditions of digital tokens or cryptocurrencies that certain traders may have knowledge of material information which should be disclosed to investors (material non-public information).
