How to check the status of KYC verification 

(in case the screen is closed during KYC verification)



If you accidentally turn off your screen while verifying your identity, you can proceed as follows:

1. Log in to your WaanX account.

2. Go to “Profile & Security” Select “Verification Level”

3. In case the KYC verification status displays "IN PROCESS," you can click the "IN PROCESS" button to resume the verification process.

 

4. The system displays a QR Code for scanning to start the KYC verification on the mobile phone.

Note: Please click “Reset QR Code” before starting the scan.


5. The system will lead you to the KYC verification process.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your KYC verification.

Note: Please keep the transaction timer screen until the KYC verification is complete or select ‘Check identity verification status.

7. Once the transaction is complete and the screen shows that your information has been received. The company will review and notify you of the KYC verification results via the registered email within 48 hours.
