Cryptocurrency Withdrawal

How to withdraw cryptocurrency, please see the instructions below.

1. Go to “Wallets” tab.

2. Click “Withdraw” button which cryptocurrency you would like to withdraw.

3. Select external address, enter amount and click “Withdraw”.

4. Enter the 6-digit two-factor authentication (2FA) code from the Authenticator application.

5. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email.

6. You can check the transaction status at “Transaction History”.
