Temporarily Suspend Account

In case you wish to temporarily suspend your account due to detect or suspect any suspicious activity on your account, or you would like to temporarily suspend it for the security of your account, you can do by following the steps below.

1. Go to the "Settings" menu and select the "Security Center" tab.

2. Tap "Lock" in the "Lock Account" menu.

3. Select "Lock Account" button to process the temporary account suspension.

4. Once the account lock is successful, your account will be logged out, and you will receive a notification of the action via the registered email.
