Unlock Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If your mobile phone is broken, lost, or changed, or your 2-step authentication application was removed. You can submit your 2FA unlock request by sending the documents to support@waanx.com
Required document: Your selfie photo with you holding your Thai ID and a paper that writes:
- "I would like to disable my 2FA."
- The email address that you registered with WaanX
- Current Date
Note: Your selfie and all details in the photo must be clear and visible for the most effective verification.
