In case you forget your password, please see the instructions below.

1. “Login” on the home page of the website 

2. Click "Forgot Password".

3. Enter your registered email address with WaanX account.

4. If you have verified your phone number with this account, please confirm the registered phone number.

5. Enter the SMS OTP that you received.

6. Fill in the new password in both fields correctly and enter the verification code that you received.

Recommendation: A password must meet the following requirements:

• Your password needs to contain 8 to 64 characters long.
• Your password needs to contain both uppercase (A-Z) and lowercase letters (a-z).
• Your password needs to contain numbers (0-9.
• Your password needs to contain some special character (!@#$%^*-_+)

7. Check the details stated before clicking the "Update Password" button.
