How to request account reactivation
If your account has been locked, you may submit a request to unlock it by following the steps below:
1. Submit your request via the following link:https://support.waanx.com/en/support/tickets/new
2. Provide your registered information, including Email address, Full name. Choose the contact reason: "Account Management, Suspension, or Deletion"
3. Attach the required documents for identity verification:
- A photo of yourself holding your national ID card
- A handwritten note that includes the following details:
- "I would like to unlock my account"
- Your registered email address
- The current date of the request
Note: The photo must be clear and readable to allow our support team to verify your identity.
4. Once your request has been successfully processed, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email.
