How to request account reactivation

If your account has been locked, you may submit a request to unlock it by following the steps below:

 

1. Submit your request via the following link:https://support.waanx.com/en/support/tickets/new
 


2. Provide your registered information, including Email address, Full name. Choose the contact reason: "Account Management, Suspension, or Deletion"

 3. Attach the required documents for identity verification:

  • A photo of yourself holding your national ID card
  • A handwritten note that includes the following details:
    • "I would like to unlock my account"
    • Your registered email address
    • The current date of the request

4. Once your request has been successfully processed, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email.
